It's so cool to see it drawn step-by-step. Great stuff, Colleen.

Intriguing to see the process from start to finish documented by the series of photographs. Gives real insight into just how much careful and thoughtful consideration as well as hard work is given to your creations. I really appreciate you sharing this. Also, the final product is just stunning!!!

Holy cow, this is so cool! Sharing with my oldest offspring, who has gotten big into comics in the past year…..

The eye to detail is extraordinary. The time it takes to rework the composition is a credit to your desire to demonstrate what it takes to show true talent. It's a jaw-dropping illustration.

One of the best features of Manga Studio/Clip Studio Paint (of the few "tricks" I use) is the ability to flip the canvas with one click. I constantly flip back and forth while I draw and ink. When I first started using it I was shocked how warped my work was.

It hasn't happened in a while, but back when I first started drawing digitally, I drew a sequence of pages of Wahoo Morris where I drew the hair parts on all the characters on the wrong side because I forgot to flip back to normal view for a while.

While I was still in high school, my dad cut a hole in my drawing table and installed a light box, so my process was to flip the page over, turn on the light table, fix the wompy faces on the back of the page, flip it back over and trace the image on the back. Not as efficient as digitally flipping the canvas.
